What age is it for?

It is designed for ages 5-10. Younger children enjoy it with a grown-up, and any beginner can follow the roadmap.

Do I need to know guitar to help my child?

No. Each page explains with pictures, and the Start Here page gives simple tips for parents and teachers.

What is different in the left-handed edition?

It is drawn as a true mirror image: chord charts, fretboards and hand instructions are redrawn for left-handed playing. Your child will need a left-handed guitar.

How do I receive the files?

After checkout you get a download link. Print as many copies as you like for your own family or classroom. Please do not share or resell the file.

What paper and printer do I need?

Any home printer and regular paper. The PDF is A4; on US Letter paper, choose "Fit to page" in the print dialog.

Does it teach songs?

It teaches chords and strumming loops that work with many simple songs. It does not include song lyrics or sheet music.
